How did you get into cycling:
I had a running injury and made the switch from triathlon about 4 years ago.
Earliest cycling memory:
Learning to ride a bike without stabilisers in Millhouses park at the age of 4. Took a good few goes and a few falls but eventually I could ride in one big circle by perpetually falling left.
Favourite training route:
I do most of my intervals on Froggatt because of its steady gradient and length so although it’s not a route it’s probably my favourite training location.
Favourite film:
The Endless Summer.
Favourite music:
60’s soul.
“Must do” pre race ritual:
A tub of spinach and ricotta tortellini and then 10+ stops at the toilet.

Tour of Lombardy.
