A couple days recovery after our trip to Belgium, and we travelled north to Carlisle for the 360 Cycling NW U23 Stage Race.
Stage 1 was a undulating 100km stage. The lads rode aggressively and David & Max finished 2nd & 3rd.
Stage 2 was a pretty fast short 80km. Again the lads were aggressive, trying to steal some time ahead of stage 3, an individual time trial.
James Hartley managed to escape from the bunch with one other rider. James won the sprint to take a convincing victory.
Stage 3 saw David & Max lose some time , David was 5th on the stage, moving him to finish 4th overall, and Max 9th.
It was a great race for the team in terms of results, and a return to form for Sam, Alex and Wordy.
Sam was 10th overall,Wordy 14th, and Alex 19th.
